The fully equipped kitchen has a four-burner induction hob, built-in combination microwave/oven, built-in refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and is equipped with cutlery and crockery.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, and hairdryer. Free parking space is available along the road near the property. There is also a safe. The house has underfloor heating and air conditioning. Free Wi-Fi is available. Additionally, a bicycle storage facility is available.
