Cancellations

Cancellation by the renter it shall be payable the following amounts to the landlord:

1. cancellation up to 42 days before arrival: 30% of the fare;
2. cancellation from the 42th day (inclusive) until the 28th day before the day of arrival: 60% of the fare:
3. cancellation from the 28th day (inclusive) until the day of arrival: 90% of the fare;
4. Cancellation on the day of arrival or later: the full fare.

Booking and Cancellation Insurance premiums are non-refundable. Cancellation must be constantly writing to the address of the landlord
